The next step in your Segwik journey includes the unique marketing campaigns that will allow you to engage with your customers. Segwik users can now send marketing campaign blasts to their customer audiences from Segwik. No third-party software and added fees required.
Email blasts are a simple way to get messaging out to your contacts. Create detailed campaigns and marketing with ease. Build and nurture client relationships with branded emails.
Designed with you and your valuable time in mind, Segwik email blasts are quick to schedule and activate. Turn leads into brand loyal customers that will refer you to friends and family.
Click on Audiences on the top left side of the interface
Choose an audience or create one by clicking on the Add Audience button
Once you have your chosen audience,
Click on the Schedule Audience Blast Button on the top right
Choose full audience or a segment, if you wish to send it to certain audiences
A Schedule Audience Blast pop-up box will appear
Name Your Blast
Enter any descriptions
Choose the date and time you want the test to go out
Click Submit when finished
Once you submit:
You will be brought back to the Audience interface
Choose the Audience Blast you just created
Click on the Touchpoint button at the far right
Choose Send Email
A SetUp Email Touchpoint pop-up box will appear
Choose who you want the email sent from
Choose who you want the email sent to
Choose the Email Blast you created
Click the Submit Email Touchpoint
Your Journey will be automatically saved and you will return to the Audience interface
Click on the drop-down button on the far right of the screen, next to the Touchpoint button
To activate the blast, click Active
A Confirmation Dialog will appear
Click the Yes Button
Congratulations! You have successfully scheduled your email blast!
