Exporting your contacts from an Android phone doesn’t have to be a headache. Hello and welcome to Segwik’s guide to exporting your contacts.

Your Android is a treasure trove of the contacts you have collected over the years: clients, potential contacts, referrals, business colleagues, and more. Let’s get started.

Begin in your phone’s settings and open the contacts app. Click on the settings icon and scroll down to manage contacts in the drop-down menu. From there you can choose the import/export tab. You can choose from export to SIM card 1 or export to internal storage option. We recommend the internal storage option for its ease of use.

In the final step, go to the following website: tribulant.com/vcard-csv/. Upload the file of contacts that you wish to convert. Choose the CSV format and change the tab option to comma. Be sure to check the “add line header” box. Finally, click to convert.

Save the exported CSV file in order to import it to Segwik.

Whether it’s 10 or 10,000 contacts, Segwik is the best place to store your valuable data.
