The Knowledge Transfer Event is an interactive group training. These sessions cover the ins-and-outs of Segwik. You’ll get exclusive access and insights into the Segwik software with the CEO and chief architect, Pete Romano.
Maximizing client success was one of the top drivers of the development of Segwik. Years ago, when we started researching how to make a better customer management platform, we saw firsthand how frustrated clients were with their current solutions. We felt the key to maximizing client success was through building a community of highly engaged CRM "super-users", educated and informed on the techniques and tactics necessary to making your business management tools work and provide the value the business is looking for.
To that end, Segwik will be hosting its very first "Knowledge Transfer" event. The event will take place this Friday, August 27th at 1:30 PM. You’ll cover our CRM basics from making contacts to scheduling meetings.
Knowledge transfer refers to sharing or disseminating of knowledge and providing inputs to problem solving.
In organizational theory, knowledge transfer is the practical problem of transferring knowledge from one part of the organization to another.
The goal of the sessions is to enable Segwik users with the knowledge and tools they need to be as successful as they can be on the platform.
We encourage Segwik users of all levels to join us during this event. All are welcome to ask questions and discuss CRM-related concerns.
